Advice needed
I’ve been working out for a good while I’m no noob, I’ve done a variety of sports and I go to the gym and all that. HOWEVER. My main goal is to have a lean muscular physique, like that kind of “cut” look— I want visible abs but still be able to flex (and have noticeable muscle when I do) my arms and back and such. I’d say I’m kinda muscular, my abs show when I flex and with the right lighting, I’d say I’m at about 20% bf?
I’m 18, 5’3”, and about 125lbs. I workout 4-5x a week and do at LEAST 15 mins of cardio on all of those days, with one specific day dedicated to cardio (where I do a mile run). I also train abs 2-3x a week. I’ve been eating at about 1860kcal for a good bit, but I’ve been feeling like my bf% isn’t cutting down anymore and I don’t know what to do. Do I go at a stricter deficit? What does the fitness community of Reddit recommend?? Help!!!
Also forgot to mention I was born F, but I’ve been on T for over a year and still take it (I’m FtM)
