Hi everyone,
I am currently completing my dissertation on how online customer reviews influence purchase decisions in e-commerce.
I would really appreciate it if you could take 5 minutesto complete my anonymous survey. You just need to be 18 or above and have shopped online at least once.
The survey covers things like how often you read reviews before buying, how much you trust them and how they affect your decision to purchase.
