Countertop units - Which one should I get?

Countertop units - Which one should I get?

I'm a renter and my landlord is not allowing me to use an undersink filtration system.
I have been using 5-gallon delivery jugs, but am tired of spending the money.
I can't attach something to the faucet either.

Right now, I'm exploring countertop units in combination with a 5 gallon holding container on a stand. I'd prefer to fill it once a week and forget about it.

Researching and making decisions on this have been challenging.
I'd love some feedback here on these units.

I'm open to other suggestions – these are my parameters:
Under $300
Reasonably fast
Filtering for city water, so it must include PFAS, and really as much filtering as possible
Improves taste
Larger capacity

Thank you!
