Here are all the names that appear within the top 300 for both boys and girls for 2025, in order of most neutral to least neutral.

• Tatum (.09% for both)
• Shiloh (.07% for boys, .06% for girls)
• Charlie (.13% for boys, .12% for girls)
• Rory (.10% for bots, .08% for girls)
• Parker (.19% for boys, .14% for girls)
• Emerson (.07% for boys, .13% for girls)
• River (.17% for boys, .08% for girls)
• Sawyer (.16% for boys, .06% for girls)
• Riley (.09% for boys, .25% for girls)
• Rowan (.28% for boys, .07% for girls)
• Avery (.06% for boys, .30% for girls)

Obviously none of these are incredibly popular for both boys and girls. I think the argument could be made that only Tatum, Shiloh, Charlie, Rory, and Parker are truly gender neutral since the others lean one way or the other significantly. NONE of those are in the top 100 for either gender.

Compared to 2024, Shiloh is the only new entry to the ranks, sneaking in at #278 for boys and #281 for girls. Meanwhile Blake and Amari have departed, both becoming less popular for both genders, significantly for girls.
