Leasing out my apartment.
It's at Alight 12; bout 10 (maybe less) minutes from OU.
a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment on the top floor. The rooms and everything are in perfect condition (at least my room is). There's a common kitchen and living space, also well-kept.
The bathrooms and closets(with hanger installations! are personal.
A few furniture in the room; bed and mattress of course, desk, chair, two side drawers. Might leave my computer monitor and other stuff behind too.
Beautiful swimming people right beside it, game room beside that, blah blah.
I'm paying 650 + whatever bills you accrue (electricity, gas, water). Bills are shared between the other two roommates as well.
Roommates are chill, not noisemakers, really nice.
I'm transferring to a school out of state very soon so I'd like someone who can take it at the end of this month/maybe early next month.
