Attention Australian Customers - EM freight

Be mindful when making a purchase from secretlab in Australia, I purchased a chair on the 28th of April only for it to be still sitting in a depot over 1000km away. Also note, secretlab has close to no customer support in Australia, the only method of contact is via email and all emails I have recieved are between 12:30am and 3:30am making it a 1 email per day conversation. I have also tried contacting the freight company EM freight. They're completely unreachable, phone call doesnt even ring, leave messages only to recieve no call back, also enquired on their Website over a week ago to recieve no response. I am now requesting a full refund as they cant even tell me an ETA. Something to consider if you're thinking about giving your hard earned money to a company that treats it Customers like this
