Landlords That Accept Guarantor Service
Hello,
Me and my partner are trying to rent a flat - unfortunately, we’re in an awkward spot for the rental market. I am an international student finishing up an MA and my partner doesn’t have any relatives who could qualify to be our guarantor.
. We are hoping to use a guarantor service but are struggling to find rentals that will accept the arrangement.
Do you all have any advice or recommendations for letting agencies that accept guarantor services? I absolutely adore Newcastle and other than this hiccup it’s been wonderful being here.
We have plenty in savings and will have no trouble paying our rent, it’s more the trouble of securing a place before I graduate so we’re not scrambling to find somewhere at the end of our lease.
