Hi I am new here.

I am not sure if it is just me or something else that the hotline number outside Metro Manila is uncontactable. I mean I dialed #88880000 & it will kept busy.

The question now is: Is this hotline # really functional ? If I call the hotline with 02-8888000, there are charges. I forgot the 1800 number b4.

Is there a way I call the BDO hotline ? thanks.
