hello everyone!! i was looking at buying a 3DS LL from a seller on ebay that’s been region unlocked.

i have never modded a DS before and have read that if it’s region unlocked it has already been modded.
how would i continue to mod my device? will that cause any issues for me and the process of modding it?

also in the description it says to not do any software updates, is there a reason for that? it also doesn’t come with an SD card.

i’m looking to download my childhood games and that’s about it.
