There something about caravan fights that can break campaign scripts. Some examples:

Bhashiva: turn 2-3 will spawn 3 relics near you to headstart your campaign. If you roll caravan fight - it can break that and you won't get any relics nearby - it can sabotage your campaign real bad. (I had to restart here). If you have a suspicion that it happened to you - just reload and replay.

Level 12 of your LL should start LH questline. It you roll caravan fight around this time - it can break this script too. (I wondered where is my Taoyan turn 40+ - well restart #2). If your LL is lvl 12+ and you didn't get LH questline - reload & replay.

Really Im just bummed about restarting my Bhashiva campaign for the 3rd time bc of bugs in my paid content.
