My new lodger doesn’t use butter when making a peanut butter sarnie. Should I ask myself to move out?

Just because it’s got butter in the name it doesn’t spread like room temperature butter, he simply slapped peanut butter with a trowel over the rolls (not bread, that’s a different story) ripping up the innards in it. Is this normal? What else could he be capable of? A crumpet sandwich? I don’t feel safe in my own home anymore. Or am I accidentally middle class now due to the fact I use butter as some sort of political envoy between bread and spread?

It’ll be right next to a train station, ideal for mid-sized gigs our city currently doesn’t get. We often get overlooked by tours because of our lack of capacity options. What you replace the Brighton centre with?
