I failed my mission in Defense Ministry in a Perma-Death run on Hard in the enhanced patch, saw the title image appear, and then got sent here. My theory is that you are normally here in the main menu, but it is hidden by UI. Anyone else ever encountered this?

Could someone tell me if this was known to be in the game? Me and my brother have been playing it for almost 2 decades and we've both never seen this. It only seems to trigger when sticking your back to the truck and the guard discovers and shoots at you even once
