Hi! I’m a 25M looking for a roommate. Neighborhood is PLG, near the B Q and 2 3 Subway line. Total rent is 3800 not including electric bill, so half is 1900. Building has washer/dryer in basement along with a gym (not state of the art but does the job), a lounge with a pool and ping pong table (bonus points if you’re good at ping pong), and a music room.
