Is it normal to wait until the ENTIRE order is cooked before serving any of it?

I usually tell servers that I don't mind if they bring out some courses/sides/entrees early...if they're already cooked. No need to let the finished courses/sides/entrees sit waiting and get cold waiting for the others to finish cooking. Is that normal?

Where is the OCLP app "hiding" on my 2017 Macbook Air?

About 3-4 years ago, I used an early version of OCLP to upgrade my 2017 MBA to Ventura. I didn't want to go any higher with only 8gb RAM and only a 125gb SSD. At this time, I cannot find the OCLP app in the Applications folder. Where else can I look?

The next Macbook to take me into year 2036?

I just added Sequoia thru OCLP to my 2015 MBP and it works great. However, I'm still considering a new 2026 MBA or MBP. I'm not into heavy video editing or storing huge files, so I'm not a "heavy" computer user. However, I still want my next Macbook to last 10 years like my current one. Is the MBA good enough or should I splurge the extra $750 for the MBP?

Is it a bad idea to sell an OCLP equipped computer?

I am thinking of selling my 2015 Macbook Pro which has successfully been upgraded to OS Sequoia via OCLP. Would it be better to downgrade my computer back to OS Monterey prior to a sale?

Is the OCLP Sequoia upgrade a realistic alternative to a new Mac?

I just upgraded my old 2015 Macbook Pro (MBP) to Sequoia using the OCLP program and it runs great! However, I understand that I can't back it up using Time Machine, nor will it most likely be upgradable beyond Sequoia. Finally, my MBP seemingly runs 10-20 degrees hotter (125*F to over 200*F) during normal operation over the earlier Monterey OS.

For comparison, I recenty bought a 2026 Macbook Air and it's temps rarely rise above 120*F. However, I'm still in the return period, so I kicking around returning it since my MBP Sequoia works so well for now.

Using Time Machine on an OCLP Sequoia upgraded Macbook (2015 Model)?

Right before I installed the latest OCLP Sequoia OS on my 2015 MBP (16Gb, 250Gb, 4-Core i7), I backed up my computer with the original MacOS Monterey OS installed. Would backing it up now after the OCLP Sequoia upgrade be a disaster?

Can Sequoia rejuvenate my 2015 MacBook Pro?

I'm toying with buying a new Macbook Pro with the M5, but I wonder if I can still get a little more life from my current 2015 MBP (16gb, Quad-Core i7, 256gb) currently running Monterey. Would the upgrade be noticeable?

Struggling to play the flute as a trumpeter...any suggestions?

I have been a brass player for over 40 years. I've played baritone, trumpet, French horn and trombone...and am moderately proficient in each. In the past year, I purchased a decent quality flute and even hung a fingering chart on my practice room. I can create a decent tone, but I struggle with making all my fingers work together...even though I also play the piano. Have any other of you lifetime brass players struggle to learn a woodwind instrument?

I am a six foot tall guy and there's a heavily discounted 2025 S1000XR with the low seat/suspension at my local dealership. Other than a low seat and lowered suspension, is the lowered motorcycle still the same with regard to overall rider geometry other than rider being about 1" closer to the ground? (I'm asking because I might prefer a something a bit more comfy that my 10 year old S1000R.)
