Is there an easy way to spawn near friends?

Hey, new player here, I have played a lot in the last 3 weeks, all on official servers, and most of the time with a friend. We usually do the spawn at the same time trick to be close to each other.

The other day after a hacker incident in an official server, we decided to go try KarmaKrew, but we realized that spawning at the same time doesn't get you close.

What's the best way to found a friend kinda quickly? Pressing F11 until you spawn near?

A few weeks ago I put some seeds in my window to get my cat some distraction

I know it's not a feeder, and I know maybe it's not the best way, but I can't hang a feeder because rules of my building.

The thing is that I didn't see any birds coming, and the food remains the same level, I renovate the seeds once a week, but still the same.

Is there something I can do?
