What are the easiest or the most difficult courses to take as non-attending BIEM 3rd year, both semesters?

Can anyone doing PPA tell me what is it like? Is it quantitative or more qualitative and how useful it is?

I would like to ask what is better for someone, who wants to live in more private space with possibility to share the bathroom with less ppl - north towers or townhouses.
Also, is there cleaning included in the townhouses and how frequent it is?
