Rant - Corporate accounting

Firstly, It was Company Law. Now, Accounting.

The Corporate Accounting exam was ridiculously tough.

The biggest shock was that there was no Cash Flow Statement and no Ratio Analysis. I had prepared those topics thoroughly, so that's almost 24 marks gone right there.

The Goodwill Adjustment question was harder than what you'd usually expect even in CA exams. There was very little theory compared to previous years as well.

Honestly, the paper was terribly set. What frustrated me even more was that just 2 hours after the exam, they revised 3-4 of the questions (sub-parts) with us.

Overall, it was an extremely disappointing paper and completely ruined my prep.

What's your POV on this?
