The only supply are the old obtained souvenir skins that can be used in the trade ups, old souvenir packages still waiting to be opened and armory (for train 2025 and overpass 2024 collection) other than that the supply won't increase anymore ever, at least for Mirage 2021, Dust 2021, Nuke, Overpass, Inferno, Anubis, Vertigo - this basically finally opened the possibility to introduce new map oriented collections without forcing any changes onto the maps just for the sake of changes (mainly looking at Mirage & Dust). Souvenir Charms are prolly a nothing burger, but they're limited to only the already existing ones from now on. Imo the ''souvenir quality'' never really meant anything and it still doesn't, at least it has an actual use now, this might be a W update... at least for the long term.
