My baby and I want to go to Vietnam someday so I made this dish for us and it was absolutely delicious. We licked the bowl clean.

I've wanted to make this for a few months so I figured those was the perfect time! I also want to attempt the traditional chestnut but we just started getting strawberries here so I went that way. Brown sugar shortcrust, frangipane, strawberry jam, mascarpone cream, and whipped strawberry ganache, topped with fresh strawberries and powdered sugar.
