I think i expected higher prices but wow..
Any recommendations? We are staying in kihei, but we rented a car and do have a costco membership.

My partner and i are going to Maui this week and are creating an itinerary, but we realized that everything we want to do is spread all over the island. We are renting a car.. but we want to be sure that if we do multiple things in a day, that they are close together so we can explore as much of the island as possible in 8 days.
We are staying in kihei… what would you recommend for us to do in east maui, south maui, and west Maui?
Examples of what is on our itinerary already: Road to Hana, haleakala at sunset, visit a black sand beach, west maui loop, nakalele blowhole andshop local if possible.
We enjoy hiking, thrifting, supporting local businesses and eating local.
Sorry if this is asking a lot. I want to be sure that we aren’t driving to the same part of the island multiple days of our trip.
Staying in kihei for a week- where does everyone recommend we eat? My partner and I agreed that we would splurge on one date night, but we would try to be reasonable for the rest of the trip. Any recommendations??
