Weird situationship
I'll keep this as short as possible, me (M23) and this girl (F19) have been seeing eachother for the past month, it has been confirmed on her side we're in the dating phase and that she could see a future together (a little fast but oke ultimately), been through all the usual steps, met the parents, stayed the night, etc.
This week has been a huge switch up, on monday I found out she's had a boyfriend this whole time who claims to have wanted an open relationship and this is why she done it, but something about that doesn't sit right with me!
Do I DM the boyfriend and ask if he knows the truth or just leave it for him to find out if she was lying?

Edit - i realised I should have probably added more context, "apparently" the boyfriend knows about me but she won't specify to what extent, I have confronted her on this and told her to stay tf away from me as I don't appreciate being lied too, the situation gets a little more messy as we go to the gym/work in the same building (not the same department), the parents knew she had a boyfriend at the time but never questioned my presence which gets even weirder considering he stayed round her house the day after I found out
