One week down..

So many years to go.

Since one week I have ripped out 6 sites. I used to be tubed, but never had this many come off within the first week.

Then I called the Tech support due to the following picture and text support told me not to unpair my pump, when I died but yet I had to for it to connect back.

Stuck on a song

Okay so the song Good Mother from Jann Arden sounds JUST like a Broadway song, I cannot remember the song or where it's from, but the tune and part of the way it's sung reminds me of this particular song that I forgot and it's suck in my head.

u200

I was told to start u200 in my pods before moving to my Tandem with it. Not only that, but has anyone's clinical dietitian ever been so "hands on" ? Seems that way with mine and she acted as if I did not know how to change settings on my Pod by giving instructions.. I have been on OmniPod for 7 years, pumping for 21.. She also was like "Since you chose not to come in clinic for setting changes." Yes, I don't need to go to clinic, waste money on gas, valet, parking for 10 minutes.

New to Tandem, not to pumps

I've been pumping for 21 years, first started out with Medtoxic for 11, then switched to Animas (LOVED my Animas) then when Animas went out of business switched to OmniPod and now my insurance is refusing to pay for the amount of supplies I use per a month with OmniPod and I am switching to Tandem because interesting enough they will pay for Tandem supplies per my new Endo's request aka push aka thinks this will be the best option for me since it can be extremely precise in basal vs boluses.

Also all within this whole new change he told the CDE that he wants to try me on u200, however I have never been on u200. Within my 27 years the various types of insulin I have been on are: I have only been on Humalog, NPH, Lantus, Levemir, Fiasp, Novolog, Toujeo and Lyumjev.

So for those who have switched from a tubed pump back to tubing how long did it take for you to get acclimated on tubing? I was tubeless for 7 years.

Is there anything I should be alarmed about? Also where do you get your best cases/patches besides Sugar Medical and Expression Med?
