This is my familys silverado with a 6.0ls. It has made this ticking noise ever ever since we bought it. Me and my dad both think its a lifter but wanted to know what other peole think it might be. It idles with 45 pound of oil pressure and has around 160,000 miles on it. It has never gotten hot and no check light. Thank you.
