Kenshiro killing that guard is the only Kenshiro kill i ever found iffy and i have seen the originale anime and read the manga.

Yes he killed the child but the child was stealing water and he was hired by that other village to protect the well he was not a roving bandit preying on the helpless .

As cruel as it is water is to precious in that world to let someone steal it.

Kenshiro killed him for doing his job.

I understand why he killed him but its still iffy to me .

And by killing that guard he may have doomed that other village.
