I remember being on the toilet at home every day before school, spending like 20minutes there, just to make sure I wouldnt take a shit in school. And I was like 6 years old.

Now that I’m diving deeper in OCD stuff, suddenly things are making sense. This fear and always being considered a “scared guy”.
