so for some reason my desktop icons are just scattered all over my desktop but my monitor information is wrong (it says its only 1080p when it can go up to 1440p) and the main issue is my graphics card is just non existent. task manager doesnt even say i have a graphics card, and ive been trying to see if the drivers are the issue but i just can not get them to do anything. help is appreciated
