What can I do to sweeten my offer?

Hi all. I’m about to hire a highly regarded career nanny for my 11month old full time in North NJ. Drafting a contract and would love feedback on the offer and anything I can do to sweeten it. I believe taking care of my precious baby is the most important job in the world:

- on the books @$30/h and 40h/week guaranteed. Not likely to have many overtime hours since I get home early

- only responsible for baby care, baby laundry, baby dishes/bottles, toys, cleaning area and prepping baby meals when I can’t.

- can take out baby daily and I’m paying for baby gym, museum passes etc. This isn’t a benefit to the nanny but to us. Just thought to mention

- can eat anything in the house and request anything for me to add to grocery orders. No limit. Can also prep herself lunch/breakfast at our house. I think it’s helpful to eat together with the baby so she learns too

- discretionary bonus up to $5k, dependent on our financial circumstances

- 2 year contract that can be terminated by either side with 30 days notice for any reason.

- gas reimbursement where needed although most activities are in walking distance. Can also use our car (we only have one and cant make it available daily)

Please let me know your thoughts and anything that would be helpful for a nanny to be happy and motivated

Edit: forgot to mention 10 PTO and 5 sick days accrued
