I’m putting together a presentation to be played on a massive, 4k screen. The video looks great when we play outside of PPT but grainy when we play from slide show mode. It’s a professionally-produced video that we can export to any spec needed.

We need to either find a solution to keep full quality of the video in PowerPoint (ideal) or a solution that would allow us to easily switch between a PowerPoint and a video player without it looking too clunky while the screen is being shared. The person doing the presenting is, unfortunately, not the most technical and we aren’t able to send somebody with them for AV support. Any advice welcome!!!
