Neighbour’s Telus security camera is 3 feet above the fence and looks to be surveilling into my backyard. Where can I get help about this?

This neighbour is dangerous and due to safety reasons, I will not engage with them.

They came out telling me they saw me appearing to look at their security camera and that they can sense my motion in my backyard, which confirms to me they can see me.

Their camera is installed at the corner of their house and the camera is angled straight ahead - which is odd because their front yard Telus security camera in is at an angle towards their house.
