does anyone know if she still has baby s in her custody or if he is still in the system ? i’ve been watching her stories but haven’t seen him so im wondering if she still has him or not

I got my rating back last week and was granted 70% for my ptsd. With my rating i got a letter saying that I may qualify to be paid at the 100% rating and was advised to apply for it. My question is if I don’t apply to it will that affect my rating that I just received? Are they able to reduce my rating if I choose to not apply for it? I don’t want to do the unemployment thing because i want to be able to work at some point and don’t want to be limited to working by doing the tdiu. Will it affect my rating if I choose not to apply to it?

Appeals
Does anyone know how long it takes for a appeal to go through ? I submitted my appeal for mental health and MST & it’s been almost 3 months and it’s been at the same step this whole time. I wasn’t sure what was going on or if it was even normal for it to take this long.
