I asked my representative(Paid) to submit a webform with some documents. I received an email from them saying they had submitted it. But because I never received a confirmation email from IRCC, I thought something was fishy. So I called IRCC, and they said there was no webform submitted. What should I do now ? Can I submit a webform by my self even after hiring a representative?
