PNP Non-EE - What stage is my application currently at ?

PNP Non-EE applicant submitted file on 30th November 2025.

PVO: Sydney

SVO: Montréal

Haven't received anything after PAL

As per IRCC eligibility, medical, background checks are completed.

In Latest update it shows Final Decision - August 17, 2026: your application is in progress.

What should I do now ?

I asked my representative(Paid) to submit a webform with some documents. I received an email from them saying they had submitted it. But because I never received a confirmation email from IRCC, I thought something was fishy. So I called IRCC, and they said there was no webform submitted. What should I do now ? Can I submit a webform by my self even after hiring a representative?
