Spousal TRV after AOR- Outland India

How do you get to see the PR application update. I applied for my wife on April 13th- Outland India.

Spousal PR Submission- April 21st

AOR- June 7th

TRV- June 11th

PR BIL- June 11th

TRV BIL- June 11th

TRV Biometrics- June 15th

PR MIL- June 15th

Pre Arrival- June 18th

PR Biometrics- June 19th

Biometrics Enrollment date for TRV Update- June 19th

Sponsor Eligibility- June 19th

PR Medical- June 20th

No update for TRV yet. Also from when the application processing time gets calculated? it excludes the date from the submission till the enrollment, correct?

And I don't know why the PR portal has no update. The last update date is the application submission date and I don't see the Application Status Tracker is working either. Kindly help on how I can find the PR application progress status. Thanks.

Experience with Work Permit Application After 180 Days During Reconsideration?

Has anyone applied for a work permit after the 180 days while their reconsideration was still pending? What was the outcome? Was your application accepted, refused, or did IRCC provide any flexibility?

AOR April 2025 but fired (termination without cause) today

OINP Employer Job Offer AOR April 2025 but fired (termination without cause) this week

Desperately looking for any similar case or advice before I move forward to the next step - reporting to OINP re: my employment status update, esp when my PR is almost on the finish line. Below is my current status of my PR;

  •  AOR: April 2025
  •  Medical: Passed
  •  Criminality: Passed
  •  Eligibility: Not started (per MP inquiry)
  •  Security: Not started
  •  No documents requested

MP’s office was told to expect a decision by late July. But I just got the phone call from my HR - termination without cause, nothing related to work performance.

I had a call with an immigration lawyer this afternoon but she said, over her 20 year experience, she has never had this situation. Should I find another lawyer or should I just honestly report to OINP my situation? My employer suggested if helpful they can update my termination to temp lay-off but I am unsure if that would be useful to save my OINP nomination. Any advice would be much much appreciated.

P1 sent on June 16 and nothing yet!

Got the P1 email on June 12.
I replied to it on June 16
I have seen some people replying P1 on June 16 and 17 that got P2 email today/yesterday.
I applied through common in law sponsorship. Inland (calgary)
Is there anyone on the same date as me (P1 june 16) and got nothing yet?
Should I be worried?

Thanks 🙏

Feb 26 AOR Status Check

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get an idea of where IRCC is with applications around my timeline.

My details:

  • Category: CEC Inland
  • ITA: January 7, 2026
  • AOR: February 26, 2026
  • BIL: April 27, 2026
  • Biometrics Completed: April 29, 2026
  • Medical Passed: April 29, 2026
  • PVO: Vancouver
  • SVO: Sydney

The last update I received from IRCC was that:

  • Criminality has passed.
  • No ADR or review required.
  • My file has been assigned to an officer.
  • Eligibility has not started.
  • Security has not started.

I'm seeing quite a few February AOR applicants already getting Final Decision or P1, so I'm curious where everyone else stands.

If your AOR is between February 20 and February 29, 2026, could you share:

  • Your AOR
  • Current status (Eligibility, Criminality, Security, Background)
  • PVO/SVO (if known)
  • Whether you've received Final Decision or P1

It would be helpful to see if there are others with similar timelines who are still waiting.

PVO & SVO

I just finished speaking with an IRCC call centre agent for an update on my PNP EE PR application. He informed me that my PVO is at Sydney and the SVO is Ottawa. I want to find out if these offices have faster rates of processing PR files?

PR Card Timeline Question: eCOPR May 19, Approved June 19, Still Not Mailed

I received my eCOPR on May 19, 2026. Since then, I’ve been trying to link my PR card application to my GCKey account without any success. After countless attempts, I eventually gave up.

Then on June 19, I received a notification in GCKey. When I logged in, I saw that my application status had changed to “Approved.” Previously, after receiving my eCOPR, it only showed “Final Decision Made” while the overall application still appeared to be in progress.

Today, I called IRCC for help linking my PR card application to GCKey, but unfortunately that wasn’t successful either. While on the call, I asked whether my PR card had been mailed out. The agent told me that the card is currently at the printing facility in Nova Scotia.

Has anyone been in a similar situation recently? How long did it take for your PR card to be mailed after IRCC said it was in production/printing? Any recent timelines would be greatly appreciated.

Canada Outland spouse PR: Pre-Arrival received — What is the normal window for Passport Request (PPR) right now?

Hello everyone,
I am tracking my husband’s Outland Spousal Sponsorship application and wanted to see what the current timeline trends look like for the Passport Request (PPR). I am a PR living in Canada, and my husband is in India.
Our application has moved incredibly fast, and we are currently on the final step:

Application Filed: February 11
AOR: 1st week of April
Medical & Biometrics Completed: Mid-April
Biometrics Updated & Sponsor Approval: April 20
Pre-Arrival Services (GCKey & Email): June 5

According to our PR tracker, Sponsor Eligibility and Applicant Eligibility are both marked as completed. The only remaining step is the Background Check, which is currently processing.

I have a few doubts and would love to get your opinions or recent experiences:
Normal Window for PPR: For those who received their Pre-Arrival email recently, what was the average waiting time before you got the actual Passport Request (PPR)?
Rejection Risks: Does receiving the Pre-Arrival services email mean our eligibility/relationship check is 100% passed? Are there still chances for further rejection at this stage?
Background Check Status: Is it normal for the tracker to show the background check still processing for a few weeks after the pre-arrival letter comes in?
Webform: Should I raise an IRCC Webform to ask for an update, or is it better to just leave the file alone?

I know our timeline is already very fast for an applicant in India, but the waiting game at the finish line is tough! Thank you so much for any insights.

Advise please!

Hello everyone, I am posting this on a friend’s behalf as he is not on reddit. It is all from his perspective.
Any guidance would be appreciated.Thank you to all in advance.
I'm reaching out to the community for some guidance and insights on my current situation.
I came to Canada(Ontario)in 2021, completed my studies, and have since gained two years of valuable experience working as an IT Analyst here. I'm currently 33 years old.
Before coming to Canada, I had almost five years of experience as an Android Developer in India, along with a Bachelor's degree in IT.
While my primary background is in IT, I’m very open and adaptable. I’m ready to take on consultancy roles, non-IT positions, or even semi-IT roles.
Currently, I'm on a visitor record looking for ways to restore my status, secure a closed work permit, or find pathways toward permanent residency.
Additionally, I have an active Express Entry profile with a score of 503 points.I am willing to relocate anywhere in Canada or US
I’d really appreciate any advice, tips, or connections that could help me navigate this situation.
Thanks in advance for your support!
