CRWV: Potential breakout month from 80's

My outlook for September:-- Fed Waller said the quite part loud amidst the whole fear mongering of raising rates, ""If there is continued progress toward our 2% goal, then I am willing to support holding the policy rate at its current level."

People don't realize how high conexity CRWV is to this interest rate news saga, so far CRWV has been significantly compressed due to the fear mongering interest rate hike news --

My personal take is they are going to HOLD interest rates, it is difficult to maneuver when you have 1. Midterms 2. A negative NFP (check previous report). 3.CPI and PPI coming in at a stalemate

Tomorrow's NFP can be the first leg if they coming weaker than expected (like last time), further re-enforcing the difficulty in raising rates.

See how intertwined CRWV is with the interest-rate saga. At ~$84/share, we're currently trading near the bearish end of my enterprise-value framework:

Bear case: ~$65–75/share

Base case: ~$115–125/share

Bull case: ~$170–190/share

CRWV has $104.2B backlog + another $25B+ of early-Q3 commitments. The discount is largely about financing: $35–39B FY26 CapEx and $860–940M Q3 interest expense.

The potential catalyst for breakout above $90+

  1. Tmrw's NFP is the FIRST Test
  2. September 10th and 11th, PPI and CPI respectively
  3. FOMC Meeting
  4. US China Meeting, Ai discussions on the table
  5. Anthropic IPO - On April 10, 2026, CoreWeave announced a multi-year agreement with Anthropic. Under it, Anthropic will use CoreWeave's cloud infrastructure to run Claude workloads at production scale, with compute coming online in phases during 2026 and potential expansion afterward.
  6. CRWV related events mentioned by few others in this page

NFA, expecting us to be clear $90's this month don't buy the fear mongers spreading the interest rate hike news, I for real believe they're doing it so they can position themselves pretty well. (as they say, positioning and accumulating)

To add a sweetner, which again was a confirmed news piece that hit the desk, Trump is looking to call it quits on the war, reported by Wallstreet Journal . If they proceed with this to avoid a fallout in the midterms, think where we'd stand with oil prices re-rating themselves

Broadcom with the heat on guidance

EARNINGS CALL info from Hock:--- Broadcom just dropped some insane forward AI numbers on the earnings call.

  • FY27 AI semiconductor revenue: ~$115B secured
  • Demand already exceeds the $115B outlook
  • FY28 AI semiconductor trajectory: ~$230B — roughly 2× FY27
  • Broadcom says it has secured the supply needed to support the outlook
  • Management says they're very much on pace to exceed ~$30 revenue per share in 2028

The market initially dumped AVGO after earnings, but these forward numbers completely change the conversation.

$115B → $230B in AI semiconductor revenue if they execute.

Absolutely massive. $AVGO

August 21st potential catalyst

Everyone is focused on Sandisk’s Investor Day on August 13, but there is another date worth watching: August 21st

August 21st is a real catalyst and if it is indeed confirmed, the bottleneck gets tighter, acting as a potential gap up for SNDK.

A bipartisan group of U.S. senators, led by Jim Banks and Chuck Schumer, has reportedly given Apple CEO Tim Cook until August 21 to provide a written commitment that Apple will abandon plans to source memory chips from Chinese manufacturers CXMT and YMTC.

Washington increasingly appears unwilling to allow major U.S. technology companies to become dependent on Chinese memory suppliers. If Apple commits to avoiding CXMT/YMTC and especially if this becomes part of a broader U.S. policy restricting Chinese memory , it potentially removes an important source of competitive supply from the addressable market for U.S. companies.

How should I interpret this

CEC Inland with foreign exp

Here’s my timeline:
● October 20, 2025: ITA received
● November 2025: AOR
● January 2026: Biometrics Instruction Letter (BIL)
● May 2026: ADR received
● June 28, 2026: Webform submitted
● August 5, 2026: Final Decision section showed: “Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.”
● August 6, 2026: Latest update changed to Review of medical results — “You passed the medical exam.”

What caught my attention is that I had never seen the August 5 Final Decision update before, and then the medical passed update appeared the following day.

Don't let short-term price action distract you from the fundamentals.

Go back to the financial reports released by the hyperscalers, cross check that with what was released today, a clear direction would be found.

Just be patient. Today's financials were exceptional, don't get too caught up in the algorithmic buying and selling immediately after earnings.

Ignore the noise and be patient

  • Gross margin: 84.6% vs. 79–81% company guidance and ~80–81% Wall Street expectations.
  • Management emphasized the continued shift toward higher-margin AI datacenter products ($2.98B revenue, +103% QoQ), expanded NBM agreements to 10, approved a new $14B buyback ($15.5B remaining authorization), and guided Q1 FY2027 revenue to $10.3–10.8B with 83–85% gross margins and $44–46 Non-GAAP EPS.

SanDisk ($SNDK) Q4 Earnings Preview

Ahead of SanDisk’s Q4 FY2026 earnings print on August 5, let’s look at what Wall Street is actually pricing in compared to management's guidance:

  • Q4 Revenue Consensus: ~$8.32B – $8.39B (Management guidance range: $7.75B – $8.25B)
  • Q4 Adjusted EPS Consensus: ~$33.38 – $34.24 (Management guidance range: $30.00 – $33.00)
  • Gross Margins Expected: ~79% – 81%

My take is rich expectations, Wall Street has pushed consensus past the absolute ceiling of management’s own guidance range, aggressive bar that treats elite, flawless execution as the bare minimum

What are your thoughts

Data confirmed:- Recent sell-off was mechanical deleveraging

I've been saying for days, the sell-off was mechanical while people kept spreading panic, saying there's no sight for the sell-off and the ai trade is OVER.

Well, here's the tape and he's one of the players (there are many more)

David Faber on CNBC just confirmed it. Situational Awareness (Leopold Aschenbrenner’s fund) exited all of their public investments — the entire stock book — in one enormous block trade. Both the longs and the short book. Sold to a single fund.

This is textbook forced deleveraging of a heavily levered book. Not a re-rating of earnings power, not a broken AI thesis, not systemic liquidity failure. Just a large, crowded, levered player hitting risk limits and being forced to clear the table in one print.

The Thesis Hasn't Changed

Every red day this feed turns into a panic room/therapy session

Instead of staring at candles, ask yourself one question:

Has the thesis been broken?

If not, stop panicking LIKE A KID

Before you sell, ask yourself:

  • Has AI infrastructure demand disappeared?
  • Have hyperscalers stopped spending?
  • Has the memory supply/demand outlook fundamentally changed?
  • Has management changed its long-term outlook?

If the answer is no, you're reacting to price, not fundamentals.

The China news matters, but the market is still digesting it. Give it time before declaring the thesis dead.

The market rewards conviction backed by evidence, not emotional reactions to every red candle.

Get ready for next week - scared money don't make no money

I'm back at SNXX after selling at 19.70 for profit, here's my take --Overnight risk remains elevated due to the potential for geopolitical escalation over the weekend.

That being said, few markers to help gauge interest

Wednesday

  • Fed Rate Decision
  • SK Hynix Earnings
  • Microsoft
  • Meta

Thursday

  • Samsung Electronics
  • Amazon
  • Apple
  • U.S. GDP & PCE Data

Also keep an eye on SanDisk (NASDAQ: SNDK):

  • Aug. 5: Q4 & FY2026 Earnings
  • Aug. 13: Investor Day

For Those Panicking Every Minute: Read This First

Y'all for real need to touch some grass. I see so many people making posts on "reasons why SNDK is down" not realising that profit-taking is PART OF THE BUSINESS

Expecting a gap up within the next two weeks for the below reasons:--

  1. Macro's have been favourable for growth expansion with hawkish outlook diminishing by the minute when you put the pieces of the puzzle together -- CPI, PPI, Initial Jobleess Claims, etc

  2. Companies in the ai ecosystem, TSMC, ASML guiding an expansion from the current runrate- watch the hyperscalers reproting in the next 2 weeks

  3. SNDK is well positioned -- Every AI cluster being deployed by hyperscalers increases demand across the memory stack.

A lot of noise, roadmap ahead NVDA (July)

With the stock moving down due to macros, mechanical selling pressure a lot of people here keep promoting a discouraging view on the stock.

Just want to provide a roadmap ahead for NVDA which are likely catalyst for July before earnings in August

  1. July 19–23 – NVIDIA at SIGGRAPH
Watch for updates on Physical AI, Robotics, Enterprise Generative AI, and the broader software ecosystem. I'm particularly interested in announcements during Physical AI Day (July 21) and AI in Production (July 23), as they could strengthen the long-term software and enterprise adoption story.

  2. NVDA demand projection: Since TSMC manufactures NVIDIA's most advanced AI chips and handles CoWoS advanced packaging, accelerating revenue could signal strong Blackwell production and demand heading into earnings, we will see this on TSMC Monthly Revenue

3.Late July–Early August – Big Tech Earnings: Biggest read through for NVDA, the hyperscalers will be reporting earnings, so we can gauge direction on the AI spent whether there is an expansion, focusing on it's AI CapEx guidance.

No IRCC Update After ADR (CEC Inland Applicant)

CEC applicant here.

  • ITA: Oct 2025
  • AOR: Nov 2025
  • Biometrics: Jan 2026
  • ADR submitted: May 2026

No updates from IRCC since then. My PGWP expires in Nov 2026.

Who should I contact for a status update—IRCC, webform, MP, or GCMS notes? Has anyone experienced similar delays recently?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

CEC PR Timeline Question – Submitted ADR Docs, How Long Until Next Update?

Got PR invitation via CEC in October 2025. Submitted full application Oct 20, 2025 (AOR).

Received BIL Jan 28, 2026.

Then received ADR on May 3, 2026 requesting:

  • Canadian pay stubs
  • Foreign bank statements/salary proof

I submitted all additional documents on May 16, 2026 (deadline was May 18).

Just wondering — after submitting ADR documents, how long did it take for you guys to hear back from IRCC or get the next update/final decision?
