I got an invite under EE Inland CEC and applied on April 20.
Now planning to go back to India because of some work at home,
Will going back effects my PR?
Will I need to inform IRCC?
Will the application becomes Outland?
Do anyone was/were in this kind of situation?
One of my friend got oinp EOJ invite but his IELTS (CLB 9) score expired a few days before the invite, still he submitted all the documents as there is not much time to retake.
A week later he gave CELPIP and submitted via webform but the new test result is CLB 8 Now what happens to his profile?
Will it be rejected or a misrepresentation or PFL?

Background Verification: In Progress
Eligibility: Not Started
Medical: Not Started
Why do I see the status In Progress though I didn’t receive the BIL.
I’ve submitted my express entry profile this month 20 with the medicals done back in home country in April 2024 for my ICT WP.
Am I good or any problem?
Both Biometrics and Background Verification statuses are showing “In Progress”.
Is it common to see both showing the same at a time. Are you also seeing the same?
