Hi everyone,

Im on a journey to get rid of my social anxiety and as part of it im looking to do a bit more self care. I’m wondering if any of you have recommendations for foreign-friendly places to get facial treatments (like at an aestheticians), I do speak decent Chinese tho. I never did anything like that before so I can’t really judge what I see in terms of hygiene and pricing.

Also, I need to get my hair cut (for women). I saw other posts in this sub about places to go but I was wondering if I need to announce that I’m a foreigner or if I can just book an appointment and show up and let them deal with me?
