Title kind of explains it. I’m looking for a lab grown oval… 4.3-4.5 ct and 1.44-1.5 ratio. I started looking at Luvansh after seeing great reviews here but I am so lost! My original is an August vintage OEC, so ovals are completely new to me.

I emailed their support team for one I’m particularly interested in, but they all say no return/exchange so it’s making me very nervous.

I’m also a bit clueless on the setting. I’m OK with ordering a setting elsewhere and having it set locally - not sure where to order from though for this.

I’m hoping to have this by end of June, if that matters!

Any tips to make this easier? Thank you!!

Hi all, I have a logistic question for those who have made this transition. I’m trying to identify any pain points before we start the process of going on my own. A little background - I’ve been an IC with various hosts for the last 3 years. I have sold around 1.2M this year, and am on track for over 2M. I have a solid book of repeat clients, plus a very strong referral network.

I know the obvious up front costs (CLIA, Consortia, CRM system, etc.) have a lawyer I will put on retainer for the business and drafting of all operating documents and T&C, and have full insurance already for my LLC.

My question is more about how and when. For those who have gone on your own, do you just start simultaneously booking new reservations under your new IATA/CLIA while servicing travelers booked under your previous host agency?

Any other things I need to consider?
