always crahes around 4 months of my peak

ok i need the knowlegde from this side. Im expierience similar patterns. I start treating, getting better and better and when im on my peak around 4/5 Months into the treatment i complete crash. So what i can say that babesia is for sure one of the main trigger, the crash mostly starts with a huge babesia flare. But in my combination of my abx and malaria meds there should be babesia gone long time ago. Im taking since 5 month (tafenoquine, mepron, atzi, pulsing cotrim or tini, MB and all the buhner herbs+ artemisin. The babesia treatment brought me to my biggest improvement the last 3 year, but it didnt hold to long. And thats why im a bit desperated so what i am missing? I talked with chat a lot last night and had the following inputs.

  • To fast to much sports and work out, when im starting to feel better im overdoing to much

-Poor sleep give the body not enough time to restore and heal

-Bad regualtion of the nervessystem, (and yes im feeling so stressed and cant really chill)

-Bartonella (didnt treat bartonella hard enough at the same time (thought about adding rifabutin)

-Autoimmun process, maybe try ldn and other stuff to calm my immnunsystem more down

-Add maybe malarone and rotate ivermectin in

So the thin is the therapy was working, because i felt so much better, thats why im confusing now. Maybe someone of you can bring some ideas? For your information, i got all the 3 Bs plus chlamyida pneumonia for sure. I treated already mold and my enviroemnt looks ok.
