Name translation

Hello! Hopefully this post isn’t disrespectful or anything - because that’s the last thing I want! I’m a huge fan of ancient history…but I only have a minor in classical studies (my college did not have the option to major in it). This is so trivial, but I want to get a very small tattoo on my wrist of an approximation of my son’s name - James - in cuneiform. I find this time period to be incredibly interesting and the fact that cuneiform is the oldest written language is symbolic for me. I know cuneiform isn’t an exact letter for letter match and I don’t want to have just gibberish on my wrist… Is there a good/credible online translator I could use to give me something that would be closest to James in cuneiform? Thank you!!

Mention of adenomyosis in post op report following robotic endo excision lap

Hello! I had my robotic endo lap surgery performed on Tuesday (6/16) and already have my post op report. My appointment with my surgeon isn’t until July 1st, but I noticed that a note in my post op says, “ Uterus: 8 week size, globular with increased AP diameter, suspected adenomyosis.” This is the first time adenomyosis has ever been brought up through IVF, ultrasounds, hysteroscopies, and an endo specific MRI. I know NOTHING about adeno except that it (I believe) impacts embryo transfers. My endo was stage II and adhesions all over my pelvic sidewalls etc.

We luckily still have two frozen embryos that I worked very hard for, but they are our last shot to give my son a sibling after multiple chemical pregnancies (my husband and I are both only children).

If trying to preserve fertility, is lupron (or other suppression option) the only thing that really has an impact on adenomyosis? I’m kind of at a loss here….
