i have a pretty safe and trusted plug but ive never done xans recreationally, is a 6mg tab just enough, more or less?

i just ordered 2g of 10x extract and ive never done it before. I have my fair share of experience with acid and shrooms but never tried salvia except once in 2023 when it didn’t hit at all. How much should I dose for a guaranteed breakthrough and should I do it outdoors or indoors? Also, I have ADHD, would the trip be a bit different for me than it typically is?
