Called about 25 pharmacies and can’t find oxycodone 20 mg in Michigan. Any advice?

My doctor increased my prescription to oxycodone 20 mg four times a day, but I can’t find a pharmacy that can fill it. I’ve called around 25 pharmacies, and they either don’t have it or say it’s backordered.

One pharmacist told me something about a state or regional limit and pharmacies already having their available “spots” taken by existing patients. I might have misunderstood what they meant, so I’m wondering if anyone knows what that actually refers to.

Has anyone in Michigan dealt with this recently? Were you able to have your regular pharmacy order it, or did your doctor have to rewrite the prescription for a different available strength?

I’m frustrated and exhausted from calling everywhere. Any advice on navigating this through my doctor and a licensed pharmacy would be appreciated.

Bf got farmaprams from a friend … do you think it’s legit?

My bf has a friend who orders steroids from a website and they have benzos too; I thought it sounded weird because I’m like you have to use the dark web to find legit vendors and such but this appears to be a “regular” website. Today his friend sold him a bottle and he texted me describing it and I said that sounds like Farmaprams I hear about them constantly on Reddit (lol). So he sent me a pic of the bottle which I’ve seen the same one on here. I just get worried that it could be a vendor that faked them so I guess I’m wondering- how often do people get duped with Farmapram and how often are they legit? I know when they’re real they’re great I have heard wonderful things but as with anything, it could be duplicated and just be pressies.

These must be fake but what am I taking?

They do fizz and drop to the bottom of sprite but I put it on top of my flashlight and I could see the light through it. In the past they’ve been really good from my dealer hitting pretty hard but the recent batch I got are weaker than previous ones. And some bottles I get have expiration dates and some don’t. The one that I’m holding he just put 60 in a bag for me and don’t hit hard the ones in the bottles but the ones in the bottles look just like this. What am I most likely taking? And how many mgs of an rc benzo I’m assuming am I taking?

Help with legit check

New to all this. Got these delivered and just wondered if anyone could help legit check them for me. I cant see any numbers/letters on them, dunno if that’s an issue of normal.

These are to help with anxiety but it’s making me more anxious because you hear all the horror stories of things being cut with stuff like fent and what not!

advice, please? what’s beginner friendly.

tbh i'm kind of a scaredy cat and although i'm in my early 20s im not really apart of the party or night life scene. the most i've done is weed, and a lot of it lol. i've been curious about Isd but i'm a very anxious person with bpd and ocd and im concerned about having a bad trip. knowing me and my luck, that's likely. even with alcohol im terrified of being drunk and not being in full control. lately though, ive been wanting to expand my options and have decided on a couple drugs i'm curious to try. whichhh are coke and ecstasy. but im truly asking because does anyone have advice? or any other recommendations? what are some of the things you've experienced good and bad? i'm happy to hear anything and everything! :)
also i feel like it's important to mention that i take sertraline, and a pretty high dose at that.
