My doctor prescribed me tramadol for back pain. When I look up the interaction with my Vraylar, it says that it’s serious for all opioids and to not take it. But I took some oxy yesterday before I knew that. I don’t feel any different, but I am concerned with what I did. Can I take the tramadol? My doctor knows what meds I take.
So a local dealer I go to is selling 80mg oxy for £20 each, normally I pay like 60, sometimes even 80, I’m thinking they might be dodgy…. What do u guys think?

Ich bin 33 Jahre alt die letzten Jahre waren nicht einfach und irgendwie hat sich der Alkohol eingeschlichen soweit dass ich jetzt im Krankenhaus sitze. Das ist langfristig. Die richtige Medizin zu nehmen.
Deswegen frage ich gerade, wer die beste Anlaufstelle ist. Reicht da ein Psychiater? Ein Neurologen? Als erstes?
Genauso möchte ich eine Therapie machen gegen meine Symptome .
