For married men only, advice appreciated

Not sure where else to turn to but reaching out to my Shia brothers for advice how to navigate and deal with lack of intimacy with wife.
My wife had a rough pregnancy with our 2nd child and may Allah (swt) reward her patience and perseverance and alhamdulillah our child is well but he requires high maintenance and care in his newborn stage compared to our first.
Simply put, we haven't been intimate for approximately over a year now and it's going to require more patience, naturally I have a high libido and last few months I struggle to maintain focus and motivation and astaghfurullah I have fallen into watching zina online which I pray I have repented and made tawbah.
If anyone can provide guidance and support how to navigate this period, it would be really appreciated.
