Seniors ( Passed out ), what if i got internship module in 7th sem , but dont have any internship, and have academic module in 8th sem but may get internship then, what should i do , like how will college cooperate...

Also what are we expected in academic module, is it just exams and project submission , like just 4-5 days at the end or anything else?
