Pre-built or Build my own (budget $2k-$3k)
Greetings, experienced redditors and pc builders. I am very new to this, as I've only ever gamed on a laptop my whole life, and it's time for an upgrade. I'm unsure if I should build my own or go pre-built with today's prices. I love aesthetic builds, but of course those cost more, but if I could have a nice-looking PC and an awesome-performing one for gaming that would be great. If you have any builds or ideas lmk, pls and THANK YOU.
I've looked around at what would be in my best interest to go for, and currently it would be Best Buy pre-builts, but I say that due to having a credit card for Best Buy. I looked at some AMD ones with 9070xt and AMD CPUs, but I'm just not sure if there's better out there or if I could build one better. I've sought these out due to them being cheaper than building my own since ram and SSD prices are outrageous, and prebuilts, usually from what I've seen, have been cheaper. I will put a link to two I have found and let me know whether it's a good idea to get it or if you know of any better ones. Any tips or insights would be gratefully appreciated since this is all still new to me.
