Hi! My IG acc was also disabled by Meta. I already appealed, unfortunately it says my acc was permanently disabled, and the only thing I can do is to download my information—data I have shared in the said platform. However, whenever I try to download from the file they provided me, I couldn't open it and only says “could’nt extract. ” Been frustrated about this for a week now. Let me know if you experiment the same and either you were able to recover/retrieve your acc or successfully downloaded you info. Thank you so much!
