46M Gamer Dad LF Something… “New” - Mountain
Hi! As title mentions, 46 Adult Male Daddio — Mountain Time Zone, gamer most my life.
Actively shifting from competitive(ish) gaming to a slower-paced, lower-sodium, co-op / multiplayer / tactical lifestyle… Seeking the glorious lands where 11 year olds no longer refer to me as “Unc” and describe to me in detail all the times they’ve made love to my mother — whilst teabagging me, “mis-racing” me, then ever so politely encouraging me to unalive myself at the same time I uninstall every game I own.
Notwithstanding all that, I still do and am enjoying Fortnite ZB (with kiddo mostly, casual), casual Overwatch and Rocket League (Ranked Diamond 1/2. My addiction for some time admittedly, will probably still remain for some time; chat disabled).
Regrettably, I only recently started BG3 in earnest despite pre-purchasing during early access. I also have a slew of other variety games on Steam and other platforms that I’ve amassed over the years including RPGs, MMOs, RTSes, yada, yada. Primarily PC, but have XBOX Series. Just picked up Far, Far West as a HD2 replacement though think I’d have more fun with a partner/friend. I’m sucking at solo.
In summary, as part of my newer, calmer, and “ever-so-slightly” slower gaming life, I’m looking to make new, more mature gaming friends for cooperative fun and gaming adventures. If you also desire non-abrasive, non-toxic, reasonably regular gaming sessions with a new friend containing (mostly) intelligent conversation at a (mostly) reasonable decibel level, perhaps alongside a good dram of whiskey (or whatever else your pleasure), feel free to reply or DM me.
Sufficiently financially stable, so open to any new purchase recommendations as well… Make me buy Ready or Not.
