I am a sales associate/cashier. I get paid minimum wage. Why is it that whenever we have someone new I have to train them? I’m not a manager, I don’t make more money from it but I am also not allowed to decline. Makes no sense.

Also, I hate training because I just not good at explaining things. I would be an awful teacher. I’m good at my job, have a 55% roundup, and good customer service BUT I am godawful at training.
