Sandbags?
Context : was told upon moving in that the roof leaks and will be fixed. They installed a down pipe that drains onto a flat concreted surface. Causing flooding in the carpeted bedrooms. The whole house smells damp , we FEEL damp. Mould has begun growing. I emailed yesterday and this is the response. lol.
Can they ping us for the damaged carpet on exit ?
