Hey everyone! I’m a 27 year old guy looking a little bit early for a September 1 move in (approx.). I live in Fidi and absolutely love it, but am open to other neighborhoods as well particularly in lower manhattan and brooklyn.

I love sports, broadway, exploring the city, and going out. I like a clean and good vibe apartment. My budget is around $2,300 but is flexible.
