I was working on my 2015 2.5 limited forester and I happened to drain my transmission fluid instead of the oil… I’ve done the oil a handful of times and somehow did this—stupid, I know. To make matters worse, I partially stripped out the transmission fill plug while trying to remove it, and have had some trouble finding a replacement online.

If anyone knows where I can look for or even buy a new plug, please let me know!

Following this post I will attempt to get the 8mm bit past where I stripped and get it out, but will likely need a new one regardless of this outcome.
