I got glutened for the first time in four years. Send help.
Hey guys I’m really struggling here I’m 18 now and got diagnosed with celiac at 8. I haven’t been glutened in a while but I went to a restaurant that has been safe for me in the past and got sick. I’ve been having my normal exposure symptoms but I was wondering if anyone had some weird or new tips and tricks to get through this. No one else in my family has the active gene so I don’t really have anyone else to ask.
